Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdActor.ai (the "Service"), operated by 7LY Group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AdActor generates AI-assisted UGC-style video ads from inputs you provide (product details, hooks, images). Videos combine AI avatars, AI-generated b-roll, synthesized voice, and automated captions. Output is generated by machine-learning models and may vary in quality; you are responsible for reviewing every ad before you publish or run it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Each plan includes a set number of ad generations per billing cycle; unused generations do not roll over. Your plan renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your billing portal to stop future charges. Because ads are produced using paid third-party compute the moment you generate them, generations already used are non-refundable; refund requests for unused portions are handled at our reasonable discretion and in line with LemonSqueezy's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates a real person or brand without rights to do so. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with the policies of the platforms you run them on (e.g. Meta, TikTok) and with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and health/supplement regulations. Our compliance-aware script feature is an assistive tool, not legal advice, and does not guarantee that any ad will be approved.

You are the advertiser

AdActor is a creative production tool. You — not 7LY Group — are the advertiser of record for every ad you generate. You alone decide what product to promote, what claims to make, and whether, where, and how to publish or run each ad. We do not review, approve, endorse, or monitor the products you advertise or the campaigns you run, and providing this tool does not make us a party to your advertising. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your inputs and of every ad you publish, including any edits you make to a generated script.

High-risk categories

Some categories — including cryptocurrency and digital assets, trading and financial products or returns, gambling and casino/gaming, and health, supplement, or weight-loss products — are heavily regulated and are restricted or prohibited by many advertising platforms and payment providers. If you create ads in these categories, you represent and warrant that you hold every licence, registration, and authorization those activities require in each jurisdiction you target; that your offering is genuine and lawful; and that your ads make no guaranteed-income, guaranteed-return, guaranteed-outcome, risk-free, or similar promise. You are responsible for adding any risk disclosures, age-gating, geo-targeting, and special-category approvals the relevant platforms and laws require. 7LY Group does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for content in these categories, and may decline or discontinue serving any category at its discretion.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to these Terms and the underlying providers' licenses, you may use the videos you generate for your commercial advertising. You represent that you have the rights to any product information, images, and claims you submit. AI avatars are provided via HeyGen and are licensed for use within ads generated by the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated ads will be approved by any platform, will perform in any particular way, or will be free of errors. AI output can contain inaccuracies — you must review it before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7LY Group and AdActor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 7LY Group, AdActor, and their officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: the products or services you advertise; the ads you generate, edit, publish, or run; your claims, disclosures, or targeting; your breach of these Terms or of any platform policy or applicable law; or any dispute between you and a platform, regulator, payment provider, or third party. This obligation survives termination of your account.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
