Content you provide — product names, descriptions, hooks, uploaded product images, and other inputs you submit to generate ads.
Generated content — the scripts, voiceovers, and videos produced for you, which we store so you can access and download them.
Usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. We do not store your card details.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Service (generate and deliver your ads), manage your account and subscription, enforce plan limits, provide support, send transactional emails (e.g. a welcome message or account notices), and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

To provide the Service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers: Supabase (authentication and database), Google Cloud / Vertex AI (b-roll video generation and file storage), HeyGen (AI avatar video), OpenAI (script generation and caption transcription), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), LemonSqueezy (payments and subscriptions), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Security
