Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for AdActor.ai, operated by Sheva L.Y. Group Ltd.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through our authorized payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment and tax. Each plan includes a set number of ad generations per billing cycle; unused generations do not roll over.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again after that. We do not prorate refunds for the unused remainder of a period after you cancel.

Refunds

Because each ad is produced using paid third-party AI compute at the moment you generate it, generations already used are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, double-billed, or could not use the Service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a bank dispute — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your account email and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We typically respond within a few business days.
